BBQ Ribs Made With Ninja FD 401 Pressure Cooker

Sometimes it is quite difficult to make good BBQ ribs that would not only smell good but actually taste this way. The ribs have become the favorite dish of many generations. This is a traditional meal for Sunday brunches with the family, picnics in nature, and shenanigans with friends.

 

Thanks to Ninja FD 401 pressure cooker, the perfect BBQ ribs are no longer a dream that cannot be achieved. You can make a great meal with just 15 minutes of active cooking. The rest will be done by the amazing kitchen appliance.

 

What you will need:

 

Bone-in beef short ribs – 2 pounds

Yellow onion – 1 piece

Garlic – 2 cloves

BBQ sauce – 12 ounces

Sriracha sauce – to taste

Cooking oil – 2 tablespoons

Dijon mustard – 2 tablespoons

Worcestershire sauce – 2 tablespoons

Ground cloves – to taste

Salt, pepper – to taste

 

The process:

 

Select browning setting at medium heat at your Ninja FD 401 pressure cooker control panel. Add oil. When the cooking oil is heated, brown the ribs in small portions, to make sure that they are equally cooked. At this stage, you only need to “seal the juices” inside of the meat. After the ribs are brown, take them out for a while.

 

Add onions and garlic and brown them equally. After the onions are cooked, put the ribs back. Add some water, salt, and pepper. Then lock the lid. Choose pressure-cook on high setting, cook for 40 minutes. After this, the pressure can release naturally for 10 minutes; then quick release the cooker.

In a separate dish, combine all remaining ingredients. Add Sriracha sauce only if you would like your ribs to be hot. Warm up the substance, continuously mixing it for about 2 minutes. Your sauce is ready.

 

Pour the sauce into the pressure cooker, where the ribs are. Lock the lid. Use the Ninja FD 401 pressure cooker to cook the meal for 5 more minutes. After this, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes and open the lid carefully. The ribs are ready to be served.
